Paso Robles City Manager Ty Lewis calls in to Adam live to pay tribute to Mayor Steve Martin who just passed away of a hard fought illness. Steve served Paso as far back as the 80's when he began on city council. He was also Mayor from 88-90. He was serving his third consecutive four year term when he passed. Ty shares his memories of his friend and colleague, as well as Steve's love and commitment to Paso Robles. Much love to his wife Jennifer, and his two daughters.
