Eric Ponce of Cellar Fermentations is Up & Adam in the Morning!

After six years at Firestone’s overseeing their barrel age beer program, and 20 years of experience in brewing, Eric is ready to roll back the curtains on his new project, ‘Cellar Fermentations’ which will be located at the new Frunchroom (Summer ’23) in Paso Robles, in the newly minted industrial destination, Ramada Row. He will share the space with his wife, Chef Rachel Ponce who will have a restaurant, bakery, butcher, and more in the space. Eric explains the ideas behind CF.
