On Tuesday’s show we talked about acquiring and using a liquor license from the ABC with wine attorney Brian Simas and owner operator Josh Christensen from Sidecar. The guys talked to Josh about his upcoming move to the old Creekside location where Josh and the Sidecar team will be distilling gin while running a restaurant and bar.
